What to wear in Brașov, by temperature

- 25°+ T-shirt, shorts, sandals; sunglasses and water. The Old Town cobbles get hot in July and August.
- 18–25° T-shirt, light trousers, trainers; a light layer for the evening, which cools quickly at the foot of Tâmpa.
- 12–18° Sweater and a light jacket, trousers, closed shoes. Typical for spring and autumn days.
- 5–12° A proper coat over a sweater, trousers, boots or sturdy shoes.
- −5–5° Winter jacket, hat, scarf and gloves, warm boots.
- below −5° Thermal layers under a warm jacket, and cover your face and hands.
