Brașov: A Walker's Paradise

Known as Romania's Green Capital, Brașov is a city that invites you to explore it on foot. Here are six of our favorite places to take a walk in and around Brașov.

1. Mount Tâmpa Summit

The most iconic hike in Brașov, the trail to the top of Mount Tâmpa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city and beyond.

2. Sub Tâmpa Promenade (Aleea Tiberiu Brediceanu)

3. The Road to Poiana Brașov ("Drumul Vechi")

This classic walk takes you along the old road from Brașov to the popular ski resort of Poiana Brașov. It's a longer, paved walk with beautiful forest scenery.
